Basic Terms of Use

Each user has maximum 15 free channels under his/her account.
If a user create more than one account and abuse the system, web.tv reserves the right of suspending all accounts.
In case a complaint occured for a channel name which is registered but it mentioned a brand name, web.tv may able to ask a legal proof from the channel owner. The channel will be given to the brand owner if the current channel owner not able to proof the name belongs to his brand.
Until 1.October .2013 all brands benefit from Channel Allocation Process by paying $ 199 for once and register channel which is belong to its brands. Brand names, firms/company names, institutions and organizations which appplied for web.tv channel after 1.October. 2013, will be able to use after paid annual price.
If a brand name is free on our system and registered by a user ( our brand department will be monitor and identified them) and if the channel is used for commecial contents, it is goind to be classified as a brand and system will request payment according to categorization of channel name.
Web.tv may request payment for Premium channels that is taken for free. If web.tv don’t receive any response to their request in 3 days it will be assumed as the channel owner do not agree to pay and the process will continue according to this assumption.
A name can be protected by a person who do not have a brand copyright, too. User can use the channel name belongs to any brand by paying annual fee and NOT use any content which is related with that brand.
Sport clubs, charities, associations, non-profit organizations and the name-surname of individuals will be free for use.
If a channel is not used actively, the channel can be closed by web.tv. Some criterias that will show how active your channel is:
- Have not log in for 6 months
- No Video content
- No activity like “follow, like or comment”
Changing channel price is reserved by web.tv.
Services which is provided by the platform can be charged or which are charged already can turn to be free.
If the brand is on Premium list, it will be consiredered as a Premium.
It is forbidden to use any content which consist pornography or sexually explicit content and child exploitation.
It is not allowed to use any content which negatively affect on viewers and may set a precedent such as: animal abuse, drug abuse, deceitfulness or bomb making.
Contents which consist violence, or terrorism is not allowed. Please do not sent any video which shows some gross- out : someone getting hurt, attacked, or humiliated, don't post it.
It is forbidden to give place licensed content which you don’t have their copyright on your channels and programs.
We don’t permit any content which has hate speech, attacks or demeans for a group based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, and sexual orientation/gender identity
We don’t allow for predatory behavior, stalking, threats, harassment, invading privacy, or the revealing of other members' personal information.
Do not create misleading descriptions, tags, titles or thumbnails in order to increase views. It's not okay to post large amounts of untargeted, unwanted or repetitive content, including comments and private messages, these accounts will be suspended incase they caught doing these things by web.tv.
In case we have identified any inconvenient content and/or content against to copyright are published we will remove /suspend these channels, programs, videos and users in 24 hours time. Those users will not be allowed to create a new account on web.tv .
